17 Section 35. Subsection (5) is added to section
18 282.105, Florida Statutes, to read:
19 282.105 Use of state SUNCOM Network by nonprofit
20 corporations.--
21 (5) Private, nonprofit elementary and secondary
22 schools shall be eligible for rates and services on the same
23 basis as public schools, providing these nonpublic schools do
24 not have an endowment in excess of $50 million.
