17  In the event the tenant causes a repair to be made which is in

18  violation of the $100 limitation as per this section, the

19  tenant shall be in violation of this section and shall be

20  fully responsible for payment of any amount exceeding $100 and

21  shall not be permitted to deduct the excess from any rental

22  payment.
