  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to medicaid third-party

  3         liability; providing intent concerning the

  4         application of certain amendments; providing an

  5         effective date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8

  9         Section 1.  It is the intent of the Legislature to

10  clarify the amendments enacted by chapter 94-251, Laws of

11  Florida, relating to medicaid third-party liability as to the

12  scope of their application.

13         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

14  law.
