13         Senate Amendment 

14         On page 35, lines 9 through 13, delete those lines

15

16  and insert:

17         (5)  Notwithstanding any other provisions contained in

18  this act, the Florida Healthy Kids Corporation shall retain

19  its functions as authorized in s. 624.91. The corporation may

20  continue to provide health care coverage as previously

21  approved by the federal Department of Health and Human

22  Services under Title XXI of the Social Security Act.
