14 On page 39, between lines 14 and 15,

16 insert:
17 Section 19. The Agency for Health Care Administration
18 shall conduct a study of the feasibility of extending
19 presumptive eligibility for Medicaid to children who have not
20 attained the age of 19. The study shall assess whether
21 families delay seeking health care services or health care
22 coverage because of the lack of presumptive eligibility. The
23 agency shall report its findings to the President of the
24 Senate, the Speaker of the House of Representatives, and the
25 chairpersons of the respective health care committees no later
26 than December 31, 1998.
