13         Senate Amendment 

14         On page 39, between lines 17 and 18,

16  insert:

17         Section 20.  For fiscal year 1998-1999, the enrollment

18  ceiling for the non-Medicaid portion of the Florida Kids

19  Health program is 270,000 children. Thereafter, the enrollment

20  ceiling shall be established in the General Appropriations Act

21  or general law.
