11  The Committee on Governmental Reform and Oversight recommended

12  the following amendment:

14         Senate Amendment 

15         On page 2, line 19, delete that line

16

17  and insert:  effectively and efficiently administer the

18  Florida Kids Health program. If such information is not kept

19  confidential, the administration of the program could be

20  significantly impaired because the applicants would be less

21  inclined to apply to the program if personal medical and

22  financial information were made available to the public.
