13 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
14 On page 1, lines 16-27, delete those lines
15
16 and insert: State Constitution, at the general election in
17 1998 there shall be a special election on September 1, 1998,
18 at which there shall be submitted to the electors of Florida
19 for approval or rejection Senate Joint Resolution No. 528
20 proposing an amendment to Section 11 of Article VII of the
21 State Constitution, to authorize the issuance of state bonds
22 to finance or refinance the acquisition of lands and
23 improvements for conservation, outdoor recreation, and water
24 resource development projects.
25 Section 2. Publication of notice shall be in
26 accordance with Section 5 of Article XI of the State
27 Constitution. The special election shall be held as other
28 special elections are held.
