18 455.654(3)(f), Florida Statutes, are exempt from the
19 provisions of s. 455.654(4), Florida Statutes, when providing
20 designated health services. This exemption is forfeited if
21 the group practice accepts a referral from a physician who is
22 not a member of the group practice but who has an investment
23 interest in or is an investor in the group practice.
