14         On page 1, lines 19-28,

15  remove from the bill:  all of said lines

17  and insert in lieu thereof:  nomination, a lobbyist for any

18  entity of any kind whatsoever whose interests are or could be

19  affected by actions or decisions of such fisheries management

20  councils.

21         (b)  For purposes of this section, the term "lobbyist"

22  means any natural person who is required to register pursuant

23  to s. 11.045 or the equivalent federal statute and who, for

24  compensation, seeks, or sought during the preceding 24 months,

25  to influence the governmental decisionmaking of a reporting

26  individual or procurement employee, as those terms are defined

27  under s. 112.3148, or his or her agency, to encourage the

28  passage, defeat, or
