17  and insert:

18         Section 10.  (1)  Notwithstanding any provision to the

19  contrary in chapter 259 or chapter 253, Florida Statutes, the

20  Board of Trustees of the Internal Improvement Trust Fund,

21  pursuant to chapters 93-184 and 95-275, Laws of Florida, shall

22  convey the lands located
