15  remove from the bill:  all said lines

17  and insert in lieu thereof:  (a)  Eligibility of member to

18  participate in the DROP.--All active Florida Retirement System

19  members in a regularly established position, and all active

20  members of either the Teachers' Retirement System established

21  in chapter 238 or the State and County Officers' and

22  Employees' Retirement System established in chapter 122 which

23  systems are consolidated within the Florida Retirement System

24  under s. 121.011, are eligible to elect participation in the

25  DROP provided that:
