14         On page 2, of the bill, between lines 29 and 30

17         Section 2.  Paragraph (d) of subsection (5) of section

18  24.121, Florida Statutes, is amended to read:

19         24.121  Allocation of revenues and expenditure of funds

20  for public education.--

21         (5)

22         (d)  Beginning July 1, 1993, No funds shall be released

23  for any purpose from the Educational Enhancement Trust Fund to

24  any school district in which one or more schools do not have

25  an approved school improvement plan pursuant to s. 230.23(16).

26  Beginning July 1, 1999, no funds shall be released for any

27  purpose from the Educational Enhancement Trust Fund to any

28  school district in which one or more schools do not comply

29  with school advisory council membership composition

30  requirements pursuant to s. 229.58(1).
