11 The Committee on Ways and Means recommended the following

14 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
15 On page 4, between lines 20 and 21,

17 insert:
18 Section 3. That portion of the settlement due the
19 minor children, Jake Wiggins and Alisha Wiggins, shall be
20 placed in structured annuities for the benefit of each of the
21 children which shall provide for periodic payment to the minor
22 children from age 18 through age 40.
23 Section 4. Payment due any lienholders as a result of
24 a lienholder's payment of Helen Wiggins' medical expenses
25 shall be paid directly from Dade County to the lienholders,
26 after being reduced by a sum that is the lienholder's
27 proportionate share of attorneys' fees and costs.
