11  The Committee on Ways and Means recommended the following

12  amendment:

14         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 

15         On page 4, between lines 20 and 21,

16

17  insert:

18         Section 3.  The governmental entity responsible for

19  payment of the warrant shall make payment to the Florida

20  Agency for Health Care Administration as complete payment and

21  satisfaction of any and all Medicaid liens for past benefits

22  provided, prior to the disbursement of funds to the claimant.

23  The lien amount shall be calculated up to the date that this

24  bill becomes law.
