11  The Committee on Education recommended the following amendment

12  (substitute amendment for amendment recommended by Special

13  Master):

15         Senate Amendment 

16         On page 3, lines 18-23, delete those lines

18  and insert:

19         Section 2.  The Duval County School Board is authorized

20  and directed to appropriate and to pay Carrie A. Wilson the

21  amount of $1,759,157 reduced by $200,000 already paid by the

22  School Board to compensate her for injuries sustained by

23  Carrie A. Wilson due to the negligence of the School Board.

24  The balance of $1,559,157 shall be paid in three equal annual

25  installments commencing 30 days after enactment.
