18 remove affected soils, if any. Costs incurred by an owner or
19 operator for such response actions, up to a maximum of $10,000
20 in the aggregate for all spills at a single facility, shall be
21 credited to the owner or operator against the future gross
22 receipts tax set forth in s. 376.70 and, in the case of a
23 wholesale supply facility, against the future tax on
24 production or importation of perchloroethylene, as set forth
25 in s. 376.75.
