17 Section 14. The amount of $2 million is appropriated
18 from tobacco settlement revenues to the Grants and Donations
19 Trust Fund of the Agency for Health Care Administration to be
20 matched at an appropriate level with federal Medicaid funds
21 available under Title XIX of the Social Security Act to
22 provide prosthetic and orthotic devices for Medicaid
23 recipients when such devices are prescribed by licensed
24 practitioners participating in the Medicaid program.
