17 Section 4. Section 381.0022, Florida Statues, is
18 created to read:
19 381.0022 Sharing confidential or exempt
20 information.--Notwithstanding any other provision of law to
21 the contrary, the Department of Health and the Department of
22 Children and Family Services may share confidential or exempt
23 information on clients served by both agencies. Information so
24 exchanged remains confidential or exempt as provided by law.
25 Section 5. Section 402.115, Florida Statues, is
26 created to read:
27 402.115 Sharing confidential or exempt
28 information.--Notwithstanding any other provision of law to
29 the contrary, the Department of Health and the Department of
30 Children and Family Services may share confidential or exempt
31 information on clients served by both agencies. Information so
