15 On page 30, line 31, delete the period

17 and insert: , unless upon motion for emergency hearing by the
18 adoption entity, the court determines in written findings that
19 placement of the minor with the person withdrawing consent may
20 endanger the minor. If the court finds that such placement may
21 endanger the minor, the court must enter an order regarding
22 continued placement of the child. The order shall include, but
23 not be limited to, whether temporary placement in foster care
24 is appropriate, whether an investigation by the Department of
25 Children and Families is recommended, and whether a relative
26 within the third degree is available for the temporary
27 placement. In addition, if the person withdrawing consent
28 claims to be the father of the minor but has not been
29 established to be the father by marriage, court order, or
30 scientific testing, the court may order scientific paternity
31 testing and reserve ruling on removal of the child until the
