Upon receiving written 21 notice from a person of that person's desire to withdraw 22 consent, the adoption entity must contact the prospective 23 adoptive parent to arrange a time certain to regain physical 24 custody of the child. The adoption entity must return the 25 minor within 3 business days to the physical custody of the 26 person withdrawing consent. Thereafter, consent may be 27 withdrawn only when the court finds that the consent was 28 obtained by fraud or duress.
