15         On page 32, line 21, after the period

17  insert:  If the minor is to be placed for adoption upon

18  leaving the hospital, the consent may not be signed until 48

19  hours after birth or the day the birth mother is released from

20  the hospital.

21         If the minor is not placed for adoption upon leaving

22  the hospital, a 3-day revocation period applies.
