17         Section 8.  There is hereby appropriated from the

18  General Revenue Fund the sum of $1 million as a grant and aid

19  to Brevard Community College for fiscal year 1998-1999 to

20  support the acquisition of a black beam interferometer for the

21  Open Access Clean Room on the Palm Bay Campus.
