18 Section 4. This act shall take effect July 1, 1998,
19 except that the amendment of sections 395.701 and 395.7015,
20 Florida Statutes, by this act shall take effect only upon the
21 Agency for Health Care Administration receiving written
22 confirmation from the federal Health Care Financing
23 Administration that the changes contained in such amendments
24 will not adversely affect the use of the remaining assessments
25 as state match for the state's Medicaid program.
