14         On page 5, between lines 3 and 4,

17         Section 3.  The sum of $45,000 is appropriated from the

18  General Revenue Fund to the Southwest Florida Water Management

19  District for the purpose of paying administrative, per diem,

20  and travel expenses of the Lake Panasoffkee Restoration

21  Council.
