11  The Committee on Ways and Means recommended the following

12  amendment:

14         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 

15         On page 2, line 17, after the period

16

17  insert:  After payment of statutory attorney fees, and costs,

18  the balance shall be paid into the existing Special Needs

19  Trust Fund established for Jeanette Alonso.  Notwithstanding

20  the provisions of section 409.910, Florida Statutes, the lien

21  provided therein shall be in accordance with the terms of the

22  existing Special Needs Trust Fund.
