1 A bill to be entitled
2 An act instructing the Division of Statutory
3 Revision to make necessary changes to conform
4 the Florida Statutes to the name change of the
5 Department of Health and Rehabilitative
6 Services and the divestiture of programs of the
7 former department to other departments or
8 agencies; repealing s. 372.6672, F.S., relating
9 to alligator management and trapping programs;
10 repealing s. 409.9125, F.S., relating to
11 Medicaid alternative service networks;
12 providing an effective date.

14 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

16 Section 1. The Division of Statutory Revision of the
17 Joint Legislative Management Committee is requested to prepare
18 a reviser's bill for introduction at a subsequent session of
19 the Legislature to change "Department of Health and

20 SENATE SUMMARY
21 Requests the Division of Statutory Revision to submit a
reviser's bill updating terminology in the Florida
22 Statutes to conform to reorganization of executive-branch
agencies by previous legislative actions. Repeals
23 provisions relating to alligator management and trapping
programs and to studies of Medicaid alternative service
24 networks.
