21 (1) A communication between a parent and a child is
22 confidential if it is not intended to be disclosed to third
23 persons other than those reasonably necessary for the
24 transmission of the communication.
25 (2) The privilege may be claimed by:
26 (a) The parent.
27 (b) The child.
28 (c) The personal representative of a deceased child or
29 parent.
