15         On page 4, lines 5-15, delete those lines

18         Section 2.  The Board of Regents is authorized to

19  direct the expenditure from the University of South Florida

20  Self-Insurance Program Accounts in the sum of $1,775,000

21  payable to Terry Michael Roszell, as father and legal guardian

22  of Heather Roszell, for the benefit of Heather Roszell, a

23  minor, to compensate her for injuries and damages sustained

24  due to the negligence of the University of South Florida.
