17         Section 2.  Subsection (7) is added to section 457.102,

18  Florida Statutes, 1998 Supplement, to read:

19         457.102  Definitions.--As used in this chapter:

20         (7)  "Prescriptive rights" means the prescription,

21  administration, and use of needles and devices, restricted

22  devices, and prescription devices that are used in the

23  practice of acupuncture and oriental medicine.
