15         On page 45, between lines 26 and 27,

18         Section 21.  The sum of $5 million is appropriated from

19  the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Community

20  Affairs for the purpose of funding the state housing tax

21  credit as provided in section 220.185, Florida Statutes.
