  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to special districts; repealing

  3         ss. 189.429, 191.015, F.S., as amended, which

  4         relate, respectively, to codification of

  5         special acts relating to special districts and

  6         fire control districts; providing an effective

  7         date.

  9  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

10

11         Section 1.  Section 189.429, Florida Statutes, as

12  amended by section 3 of chapter 98-320, Laws of Florida, and

13  section 191.015, Florida Statutes, as amended by section 4 of

14  chapter 98-320, Laws of Florida, are repealed.

15         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

16  law.

19                          SENATE SUMMARY

20    Repeals provisions that require each special district and
      fire control district to "codify" the special acts
21    relating to it.
