14         On page 1, line 30, delete that line

16  and insert:

17         2.  Twenty percent of the proceeds from the annual use

18  fee, not to exceed $50,000, shall be provided to the Tampa Bay

19  Regional Planning Council for activities of the Agency on Bay

20  Management implementing the Council/Agency Action Plan for the

21  restoration of the Tampa Bay estuary, as approved by the Tampa

22  Bay Estuary Program Policy Board.

23         3.  The remaining proceeds must be used to implement
