14         Senate Amendment 

15         On page 4, lines 1-3, and

16         on page 9, lines 9-11  delete

17   5 percent of the matriculation fee for resident students, and

18  not more than 5 percent of the matriculation and tuition fee

19

20  and insert:  $1.80 per credit hour or credit-hour equivalent

21  for resident students and not more than $5.40 per credit hour

22  or credit-hour equivalent
