  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to wildfires and other

  3         disasters; expressing the legislative intent to

  4         enact laws coordinating the resources of the

  5         state in responding to wildfires and other

  6         disasters; providing an effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9

10         Section 1.  It is the intent of the Legislature to

11  enact laws to coordinate the resources of the state in

12  responding to wildfires and other disasters.

13         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 1999.
