13 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
14 On page 6, between lines 2 and 3,

16 insert:
17 (4) The limitations herein prescribed shall not affect
18 or repeal any existing or future local or special act relating
19 to the limitation by population and exceptions or exemptions
20 from such limitation by population of such licenses within any
21 incorporated city or town or county that may be in conflict
22 herewith. Any license issued under a local or special act
23 relating to the limitation by population shall be subject to
24 all requirements and restrictions contained in the Beverage
25 Law that are applicable to licenses issued under subsection
26 (1).
