17 Section 3. Subsection (4) is added to section 267.081,
18 Florida Statutes, to read:
19 267.081 Publications.--It is the duty of the division
20 to:
21 (4) Hold any moneys received from the sale of
22 publications by the division in the operating trust fund of
23 the division or in a separate depository account in the name
24 of a citizen-support organization formed pursuant to s. 267.17
25 and subject to the provision of a letter of agreement with the
26 division.
