14         On page 1, lines 16-19, delete the underlined language

16  and, following the period on line 16, insert:  To accomplish

17  this, the department shall allocate to beautification no less

18  than 1.5 percent of the amount contracted for construction

19  projects. To the extent practical large plant materials

20  purchased from Florida-based nurserymen stock on a uniform

21  competitive-bid basis will be used. Up to 0.5 percent may be

22  used for small to medium plant material.
