18 Section 2. Subsection (1) of section 335.0415, Florida
19 Statutes, is amended to read:
20 335.0415 Public road jurisdiction and transfer
21 process.--
22 (1) The jurisdiction of public roads and the
23 responsibility for operation and maintenance within the
24 right-of-way of any road within the state, county, and
25 municipal road system shall be that which existed exists on
26 June 10 July 1, 1995.
