11  Senator Diaz-Balart moved the following amendment:

13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 

14         On page 163, between lines 27 and 28,

15

16  insert:

17         Section 63.  Loan funds from all state programs, other

18  than the Energy and Recycling loan programs, in the possession

19  of the Florida First Capital Finance Corporation, Inc. are

20  transferred to the International Trade and Promotions Trust

21  Fund within the Office of the Governor. From these funds,

22  $122,000 is appropriated to the Department of State for grants

23  and aids to the Florida/Korea Economic Cooperation Committee

24  to assist its responsibilities as United States host of the

25  annual meeting of the Southeast U.S.-Korea Economic Committee.

26  The remainder of these funds are appropriated to the San

27  Carlos Institute (Institutio Patricio y Docente San Carlos,

28  Inc.) a Florida nonprofit corporation for operational

29  expenses.
