17  and insert:

18         288.125  Definitions.--For the purposes of sections

19  288.1251 through 288.1258, the term "entertainment industry"

20  means those persons or entities engaged in the operation of

21  motion picture or television studios or recording studios;

22  those persons or entities engaged in the preproduction,

23  production, or postproduction of motion pictures, made-for-TV

24  motion pictures, television series, commercial advertising,

25  music videos, or sound recordings; and those persons or

26  entities providing products or services directly related to

27  the preproduction, production, or postproduction of motion

28  pictures, made-for-TV motion pictures, television series,

29  commercial advertising, music videos, or sound recordings,

30  including, but not limited to, the broadcast industry.
