13         Amendment to Amendment (553475) 

14         On page 163, lines 20 and 21,

15  remove from the amendment:  all of said lines

16

17  and insert in lieu thereof:  methodology for validating

18  performance; the schedule of payments from the fund; and

19  sanctions for failure to meet performance conditions.

20         (d)  Enterprise Florida, Inc., shall validate

21  contractor performance.  Such validation shall be reported

22  within 6 months after completion of the contract to the

23  Governor, President of the Senate, and the Speaker of the

24  House of Representatives.
