15  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
16
17         Section 1.  Section 5 of chapter 97-371, Laws of
18  Florida, as amended by chapter 98-532, Laws of Florida, is
19  amended to read:
20         Section 5.  The legal description of "Southwest
21  Ranches" is as follows:
22
23         BEGINNING at the Southwest corner of the East
24         one-half (E1/2) of the Southwest one-quarter
25         (SW 1/4) of Section 4, Township 51 South, Range
26         40 East;
