12  the following amendment:

14         Senate Amendment 

15         On page 2, lines 6-10, delete those lines

16

17  and insert:  (c)  For purposes of the income methodology

18  approach to assessment of property used for agricultural

19  purposes, irrigation systems, including pumps and motors,

20  physically attached to the land shall be considered a part of

21  the average yields per acre and shall have no separately

22  assessable contributory value.
