14         On page 5, line 17, of the bill

16  after the period insert:  Each public school and each school

17  receiving state funding through opportunity scholarships or

18  other voucher programs which provide handbooks to students

19  shall publish in such handbook a notice that pregnant minor

20  students may petition the court for a judicial waiver of

21  notice and that they have a right to court-appointed counsel.
