14         On page 6, line 2, of the bill

16  after the period insert:  If the court finds, by clear and

17  convincing evidence, that the minor is not sufficiently mature

18  to undergo childbirth and become a parent, the court shall

19  issue an order authorizing the minor to consent to the

20  performance or inducement of a termination of pregnancy

21  without the notification of a parent or guardian.
