17         (b)  If the male is not a minor, the physician shall

18  refer the male to the proper authorities as required under s.

19  794.05.

20         (c)  If the male responsible for impregnating the minor

21  meets the criteria described in s. 794.05, the physician shall

22  refer the male to the proper authorities.
