14         On page 5, between lines 2 and 3, of the bill

16  insert:

17         5.  Notice is waived if two physicians who have no

18  relationship to the performance of the termination of

19  pregnancy certify to the physician intending to perform the

20  termination of pregnancy either:

21         a.  That the minor is mature and well-informed enough

22  to make the termination of pregnancy decision on her own; or

23         b.  That the termination of pregnancy would be in the

24  minor's best interest.
