15         On page 1, lines 22-25, delete those lines

16

17  and insert:  public hospital in Palm Beach County, Florida,

18  which provided charity care as defined in s. 395.401(1)(b) in

19  an amount of at least 4 percent of total inpatient

20  acute/intensive care patient days in each of the preceding 3

21  years for which data is available from the Agency for Health

22  Care Administration, shall be entitled to a lien
