17 insert:
18 Section 26. Section 2 of Senate Bill 182, enacted in
19 the 1999 Regular Session of the Legislature, is amended to
20 read:
21 Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 1999 on
22 the effective date of Senate Bill 178, relating to wireless
23 emergency 911 telephone service, but it shall not take effect
24 unless it is enacted by at least a three fifths vote of the
25 membership of each house of the Legislature.
